Kelly and Nathan started their wedding day getting ready in Canmore with their families and best friends by their sides. With the clouds dancing around the peaks, it made for the perfect backdrop for their portraits as the rain held up long enough for us to explore the river. You could see this was a special place for Nathan and his siblings as they raced to the waters edge to skip rocks. These two definitely had luck on their side in regards to the weather. It poured at all the right times and they were able to still have their outdoor ceremony at the Cochrane RanchHouse, with dark clouds rolling overhead. After the ceremony, the clouds parted and the sun lit up the grounds for cocktail hour as everyone celebrated and toasted to the happy couple. When it was time for everyone to make their way inside the guests were guided to their seats by Kelly’s amazing hand written signs and place settings. All of the calligraphy in the photos was hand scribed by the talented bride which showed her love for all of her guests.
