Jocelyn & Andre – Spray Lakes / Calgary Wedding Photographer

Jocelyn and Andre have a beautiful story leading up to this amazing day on the summer solstice. Andre met Jocelyn when he came over from the Netherlands to work on their family farm, an ethical beef ranch in the small town of Hanna, Alberta. They fell in love immediately and were engaged within the year. After 3 years of this engagement and living and working together on the farm, there was no better place to get married than on their family property inside of an incredible barn on the longest day of the year.
The day began in the mountains in Spray Lakes where we were treated to a still reflection, one that you hardly ever see in the middle of the day. It was a perfect summer day to stroll beside the waters edge before we had to make it back to the TK Ranch where everyone was awaiting the ceremony. The beautiful barn was decorated with flowers, lined with chairs and was filled with all of their family from around the world. After their vows were shared and rings exchanged, everyone enjoyed the late light and beautiful weather while enjoying an amazing meal of pork that was raised by the couple and prepared by the wonderful caterers of Great Events.
We hope you enjoy a look into their perfect day.
