Brittany met Darren when she was working as a dental hygienist. No one would suspect to meet the love of their life when walking in for a routine teeth clean but Darren’s smile stood out from the rest and Brittany couldn’t wait another 6 months to see him again. They exchanged numbers that day and the rest is history.
Brittany knew she was going to be married at the amazing Hillside Lodge and Chalets before she even met Darren that day. The venue, just outside of Golden, BC, is set up on a hill overlooking the Blueberry River and Willowbank Mountain. It has one of the most beautiful ceremony locations we have come across. Brittany and Darren were driving through the area last year and pulled off the highway to look at the dream location Britt had only seen in pictures. After enquiring about availability, Mark and Stephanie (the lovely owners) let them know they only had 2 weekends available for the following year. Darren turned to Brittany and asked her to pick one in a spontaneous proposal. Fast forward a year and all their friends and family have gathered in the mountains to celebrate their story.
