Lara and Cameron are two adventurous souls with a lot of love for each other! They pulled off one of the most magical mountain weddings we have ever had the chance to photograph in one of their favourite places to make memories together, Jasper National Park. Lara is a florist and created all the incredible flower arrangements to decorate the day. Just have a look at her talent for yourself! We are so thankful to have been invited to create these moments of their amazing day! Enjoy!

Paige and Wes celebrated their love on a beautiful fall day on Lake Bonavista in the South East of Calgary. Surrounded by family and friends, they exchanged their vows in front of the grand stone fireplace in the amazing Lake House Restaurant. The guests were free to enjoy cocktails and canapés on the sunny balcony while the ceremony was transformed into the most beautiful reception overlooking the lake. The tables were adorned with the amazing floral designs of Chickweed Collage, candles and honey favours. As we all watched the sun dip below the fall coloured trees, the sounds of laughter and beautiful words carried through the night, toasting to the couples new lives together. After a delicious three-course meal was served, we all gathered around the dance floor to watch Paige and Wes share their first dance together. Here are some of our favourite images from their day!

Henna and Ali’s wedding was hands down one of the most colourful, energetic and joyous weddings we have ever had the pleasure to photograph. We Immediately felt welcomed into their family who had traveled not only from across the country but all over the world to make it to Calgary to celebrate their marriage. We feel so lucky that we were the ones to create Ali and Henna’s story to share and we hope you enjoy a look into their amazing day.
From the moment we met Rod and Tracy last year we felt so welcome into their lives. The two of them and their adventure dog Avery had their wedding in Waterton Lakes National Park, our favorite little slice of the world. We were welcomed into their family cabin the night before the wedding and we introduced to the history of Rod’s connection with the park. His family has been enjoying the little mountain town for generations and it meant so much to Rod and Tracy to have everyone come experience the beauty of the surroundings for their wedding. They exchanged their vows on the lawn in front of the cabin before exploring the rocks around the lake for their portraits as we watched the wildfire smoke grow nearer. Everyone came together at the Bayshore in town to share their first meal as husband and wife surrounded by the amazing decor of their camera collection and enamel camp mugs as wedding favours. We feel so lucky that we could share this day with Rod and Tracy and experience one of the last days before the town was evacuated due to the Kenow Fire.
We hope you enjoy a look into their mountain wedding and our thoughts go out to everyone who was effected in this widespread wildfire.
